Refund policy
Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@georginanicol.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on earrings, personalized items, one-of-a-kind designs, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired piece.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@georginanicol.com.
Shipping Insurance – Add-On Protection
Some USPS services, like Priority Mail, include insurance coverage up to $100 by default. If your order exceeds that value or you want additional protection, you can opt for Route Package Protection during checkout. This optional add-on covers lost, stolen, or damaged shipments and is calculated based on order value and carrier fees.
Please note: Once a package leaves our studio and is scanned by the carrier, responsibility for delivery falls under the postal service. While we’re here to support you, Georgina Nicol is not liable for uninsured shipments once they’ve been handed over to the courier.
